Donetsk - deadly bombing of school by Kiev's Nazis

City authorities in Donetsk told how children fled for their lives after coming under fire on the first day of the new school year.

It is not believed any pupils were killed but witnesses said the dead included a biology teacher and the parent of a child.
Around 70 children had excitedly arrived for lessons at School No 57 in the Kievsky district after the start of the school year was postponed by a month because of the fighting.
The attack is said to have happened as children lined up for morning assembly.
Eyewitnesses saw three bodies and two shell craters in the playground and pools of blood on the floor immediately inside the building.
A third body of a rebel in camouflage fatigues lay outside on the street.
The school is just 2.5 miles from the city's airport where pro-Russian rebels are battling Ukrainian troops.
At a nearby bus stop six people were killed after a mini van was destroyed.
